سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي يُسَبِّحُ الرَّعْدُ بِحَمْدِهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةُ مِنْ خِيفَتِهِ
Glory be to Him whom the thunder declares His glory, and the angels too, out of awe of Him.
Subhanalladhi yusabbihur-ra'du bihamdihi wal-mala'ikatu min khifatih

Narrated Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them): The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ did not pass over anything of the lightning except that he said: Subhanalladhi yusabbihur-ra'du bihamdihi wal-mala'ikatu min khifatih.
