Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi' from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, when he heard the thunder, would say: 'Glory be to Allah, whom the thunder extols with His praise, and so do the angels out of His awe.' (This is a mursal hadith, but Malik narrated it as a connected hadith through other chains).
