When to Read

This dua is particularly powerful when you're feeling overwhelmed by choices, struggling to make a significant decision, or simply seeking guidance and wisdom in your daily affairs. Recite it in the morning after Fajr prayer, as the Prophet ﷺ taught us, to invite Allah's blessings and clarity throughout your day.

How to Read

Recite this dua sincerely, with your hands raised in supplication. Focus on the meaning of each word and truly ask Allah for what you are requesting. It's recommended to recite it after the obligatory prayers, especially Fajr, as this is a time when duuas are readily accepted. Have conviction that Allah will respond to your call.

Virtues & Benefits

This comprehensive dua encapsulates seeking the best from Allah in three vital areas of life: knowledge that benefits, provision that is pure, and deeds that are accepted. By asking for beneficial knowledge, you seek understanding that leads you to righteousness and wisdom. Asking for good provision ensures that what you receive is lawful and brings contentment. Requesting acceptable deeds means your efforts in worship and service are acknowledged and rewarded by Allah. The wisdom behind this dua is that true clarity and focus in decision-making stem from a foundation of sound knowledge, lawful sustenance, and a sincere intention to please Allah.
