O Allah, grant me well-being in my body. O Allah, grant me well-being in my hearing. O Allah, grant me well-being in my sight. There is no god but You. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from disbelief and poverty. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the torment of the grave. There is no god but You.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-kufri wal-faqri. Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min 'adhabil-qabri, la ilaha illa anta.

O Allah, grant me well-being in my hearing. O Allah, grant me well-being in my sight. There is no god but You. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from disbelief and poverty. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the torment of the grave. There is no god but You.' And pray three times when evening comes, saying the same words.'
