أُعِيذُكَ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّةِ، مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ وَهَامَّةٍ، وَمِنْ كُلِّ عَيْنٍ لَامَّةٍ

It's also beneficial to recite Surah Al-Fatihah, Ayat al-Kursi, and the last two Surahs of the Quran (Al-Falaq and An-Nas) for general protection.

Narrated Ibn 'Abbas: The Prophet (ﷺ) used to seek refuge for Al-Hasan and Al-Husain (may Allah be pleased with them) saying: 'I seek refuge for you with Allah's perfect words from every devil and every beast, and from every evil eye.' Then he would say: 'It was the Prophet's practice to say this.' (Sahih al-Bukhari 3371).
