It's particularly relevant for those facing difficult pregnancies or childbirth experiences, offering solace through the example of Maryam (AS).

How to Read

This verse is a reflection on a past event narrated in the Quran. It is read with contemplation and understanding of the immense hardship Sayyidah Maryam (AS) faced. Virtues & Benefits

Reflecting on this verse offers a profound source of strength and patience during times of difficulty. It highlights the immense trials faced by the noblest of women, Sayyidah Maryam (AS), and the subsequent divine ease and miraculous provision she received (giving birth to Prophet Isa (AS) under a palm tree).
