O Allah, grant me well-being in my body. O Allah, grant me well-being in my hearing. O Allah, grant me well-being in my sight. There is no god but You. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from disbelief and debt. I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave. There is no god but You.

Narrated Abdullah bin 'Amr bin Al-'As: Abdullah bin 'Amr said: 'A man asked the Prophet (ﷺ): 'What is the best thing that we can ask for?' He replied: 'Ask Allah for 'afiyah (well-being).' After a short while, the man asked again: 'O Allah's Messenger, what is the best thing that we can ask for?' He replied: 'Ask Allah for 'afiyah in this life and the hereafter.' Then one day, the man came to him and said: 'O Allah's Messenger, you have taught me to ask Allah for 'afiyah. What is the supplication for 'afiyah?' He said: 'Say: O Allah, I ask You for 'afiyah in my body, O Allah, I ask You for 'afiyah in my hearing, O Allah, I ask You for 'afiyah in my sight. There is no god but You. O Allah, I ask You for 'afiyah in my faith, and I ask You for 'afiyah in my worldly matters, and I ask You for 'afiyah in my family and my wealth. O Allah, conceal my 'awrah (private parts) and calm my fears. O Allah, protect me from before me and from behind me, and from my right and from my left, and from above me, and I seek refuge in Your might lest I be overthrown from beneath me.' (The narrator mentioned that he did not remember the rest of the supplication but he was told that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: 'These are the supplications for which you seek refuge.') In another narration by Abu Dawud: 'Abdullah bin 'Amr narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) used to supplicate: 'O Allah, grant me well-being in my body. O Allah, grant me well-being in my hearing. O Allah, grant me well-being in my sight. There is no god but You. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from disbelief and debt. I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave. There is no god but You.'
