O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the cessation of Your blessings, the reversal of Your well-being, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all of Your displeasure.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa faja'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatek.

Virtues & Benefits
Seeking refuge in Allah from these specific afflictions offers profound peace of mind. When we witness hardship, it's natural to feel anxious or even fear for ourselves. This dua reminds us that ultimate security and well-being come only from Allah. By asking for protection from the 'cessation of Your blessings' and 'reversal of Your well-being,' we are essentially asking Allah to maintain our own state of grace, which allows us to better help or endure alongside those who are suffering. It fosters resilience, preventing the observer from becoming overwhelmed by the trials of others, thereby enabling them to remain steadfast in their faith and actions.
