اللَّهُمَّ اهْدِنِي لِمَا اخْتُلِفَ فِيهِ مِنَ الْحَقِّ بِإِذْنِكَ، إِنَّكَ تَهْدِي مَنْ تَشَاءُ إِلَى صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ
O Allah, guide me to the truth in what we differ about, by Your leave. Indeed, You guide whom You will to a straight path.
Allahumma ihdini lima ikhtulifa feehi minal-haqqi bi idhnika, innaka tahdi man tasha'u ila siratin mustaqeem.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ used to say: "O Allah, Lord of Jibril, Mika'il, and Israfil, Creator of the heavens and the earth, Knower of the unseen and that which is apparent, You judge between Your servants regarding that wherein they differ. Guide me to that concerning which they differed of the truth, by Your permission, for indeed You guide whom You will to a straight path." Another narration states: اللَّهُمَّ اهْدِنِي لِمَا اخْتُلِفَ فِيهِ مِنَ الْحَقِّ بِإِذْنِكَ، إِنَّكَ تَهْدِي مَنْ تَشَاءُ إِلَى صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ Translation: "O Allah, guide me to the truth in what we differ about, by Your leave.
