O Allah, grant me well-being in my body. O Allah, grant me well-being in my hearing. O Allah, grant me well-being in my sight. There is no god but You. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from disbelief and poverty. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave. There is no god but You.

Narrated Abdullah bin 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him): 'Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) used to say, "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the loss of Your blessings, the change of Your protection, the sudden vengeance, and from all Your anger." He used to invoke Allah against them in these words: 'O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the deprivation of Your blessings, the alteration of Your protection, the suddenness of Your punishment, and from all Your displeasure.' And Abdullah bin 'Umar used to say them in his own prayers. (He further said): 'The Prophet (peace be upon him) used to invoke Allah saying: 'O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the loss of Your blessings, the change of Your protection, the sudden vengeance, and from all Your anger.' And he would say: 'O Allah, grant me well-being in my body. O Allah, grant me well-being in my hearing. O Allah, grant me well-being in my sight. There is no god but You. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from disbelief and poverty. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave. There is no god but You.' I (Abdullah bin 'Umar) used to invoke Allah with these words, asking for protection on the Day of the Resurrection.'
