O Allah, I ask You for well-being in this world and the Hereafter. O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in my religion, my worldly affairs, my family, and my wealth. O Allah, conceal my weaknesses and comfort my fears. O Allah, protect me from my front and from my back, from my right and from my left, and from above me. And I seek refuge in Your might lest I be consumed from beneath me.
Allahumma inni as'alukal 'afiyata fid-dunya wal-akhirah. Allahumma inni as'alukal 'afwa wal-'afiyata fi dini wa dunyaya wa ahli wa mali. Allahumma-stur 'awrati wa amin raw'ati. Allahumma-hfadni min bayni yadayya wa min khalfi wa 'an yadini wa 'an shimali wa min fawqi, wa a'udhu bi 'azamatika an ughtala min tahti.

Virtues & Benefits
This single dua encapsulates asking Allah for the best of both worlds. 'Al-'afiyah' (well-being, safety, protection) is a comprehensive request that includes freedom from hardship, illness, and trials. By asking for 'al-'afw' (pardon), we seek forgiveness for our shortcomings, and by seeking 'al-'afiyah' in our religion, worldly affairs, family, and wealth, we are asking for Allah's comprehensive care and blessing in all domains of our lives. The latter part of the dua is a specific plea for divine protection against all forms of harm, seen and unseen, near and far.
