بِسْمِ اللهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ العَلِيمُ
In the name of Allah, with Whose name nothing can cause harm on earth nor in the heaven, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.

Virtues & Benefits
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) promised that whoever recites this dua in the morning will not be afflicted by any sudden calamity until evening. If he recites it in the evening, he will not be afflicted by any sudden calamity until morning. (Sunan Abu Dawud 5087). It's a shield against physical harm, accidents, and even spiritual mischief.

Narrated by Uthman ibn Affan (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "He who says: 'Bismillah alladhi la yaduru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa huwas-Samee'ul-'Aleem' (In the name of Allah, with Whose name nothing can cause harm on earth nor in the heaven, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing) – three times, will not be afflicted by sudden calamity until morning comes. And whoever says it in the morning three times will not be afflicted by sudden calamity until evening comes." — Sunan Abu Dawud 5087, also recorded in Sunan Ibn Majah 3864 with a Sahih grading.
