اَللّٰهُمَّ أَحْسَنْتَ خَلْقِيْ فَأَحْسِنْ خُلُقِيْ وَحَرِّمْ وَجْهِيْ عَلَى النَّارِ
O Allah, You have made my form beautiful, so make my character beautiful and protect my face from the Fire.
Allahumma ahsanta khalqi fa ahsin khulqi wa harim wajhi 'alan-nar

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) used to say when he looked at himself in the mirror: 'O Allah, You have made my form beautiful, so make my character beautiful and protect my face from the Fire.' (Narrated by Ahmad and others, and considered Hasan by some scholars due to supporting narrations).
