Source & Authentication

Narrated by Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) used to say when he looked at himself in the mirror: 'Alhamdulillah, Allahumma kama ahsanta khalqi fa ahsin khuluqi.' (Praise be to Allah. O Allah, just as You have made my creation beautiful, make my character beautiful.)
