O Allah, make faith beloved to us and adorn it in our hearts, and make disbelief, wrongdoing, and disobedience hateful to us, and make us among those who are rightly guided.
Allahumma habbib ilaynal-iman wa zayyin-hu fi qulubina, wa karrih ilaynal-kufra wal-fusuqa wal-'isyana, waj'alna minar-rashidin.

It simultaneously asks Him to instill a deep aversion to disbelief, sin, and disobedience, which are the roots of personal flaws. Source & Authentication
Narrated Abdullah: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) used to teach us the Tashahhud as he taught us a Surah from the Qur'an and he would say: "All praise is due to Allah, we praise Him, seek His help, ask for His forgiveness, and turn to Him. We seek refuge in Allah from the evil of our souls and from our evil deeds. He whom Allah guides cannot be misled, and he whom Allah misleads cannot be guided. And the most truthful word is the Book of Allah and the most reliable support is the word of piety. The most beloved word to Allah is the remembrance of Allah, and the most beautiful story is this Qur'an. The most excellent way is the way of Muhammad (ﷺ). The most honorable matter is the one which is done with determination. And whatever is commanded is a trial. And I am the announcer and the most grateful. And whatever you hear is a sign of the truth. And I am 'Abdullah and 'Abdullah is the last of the prophets. And I am the Messenger of Allah. And I am the one who was created first, and I am the one who will be resurrected last, and I am the one who will intercede, and I am the one who will be granted the hearing." Then he said: "O Allah, make faith beloved to us and adorn it in our hearts, and make disbelief, wrongdoing, and disobedience hateful to us, and make us among those who are rightly guided. And he who has been guided is the one who is guided by Allah."
