اَللّٰهُمَّ اَنْتَ حَسَّنْتَ خَلْقِيْ فَحَسِّنْ خُلُقِيْ
O Allah, You have made my physical form beautiful, so make my character beautiful as well.
Allahumma anta hassanta khalqi, fa hassin khuluqi

Narrated Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him): When the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) looked at himself in the mirror, he would say: اَللّٰهُمَّ اَنْتَ حَسَّنْتَ خَلْقِيْ فَحَسِّنْ خُلُقِيْ. (O Allah, You have made my physical form beautiful, so make my character beautiful as well).
