Ibn Mas'ud reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'The people will not cease to ask of Allah from His bounty, until Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, places His Hand to give relief, and He will place His Hand to give relief, in the morning and evening, and His giving will not diminish what is in His heavens and what is on His earth.' The narrator said: 'This is a Hadith like it. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'The people will not cease to ask of Allah from His bounty, until Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, places His Hand to give relief, and He will place His Hand to give relief, in the morning and evening, and His giving will not diminish what is in His heavens and on His earth.' This is the wording of Abu Bakr. Abu Bakr said: ' Ibn Mas'ud said: 'The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ' Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, said: 'O people, you will not cease to ask from Me, and I will not cease to give to you. I will not be stingy, nor will I hoard.' So Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, said: 'The people will not cease to ask of Allah from His bounty, until Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, places His Hand to give relief, and He will place His Hand to give relief, in the morning and evening, and His giving will not diminish what is in His heavens and on His earth.'
