Source & Authentication
Anas narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'When a man goes out of his house and says: Bismillah, tawakkaltu 'alallahi, wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billah (In the name of Allah, I trust in Allah, and there is no power nor strength save with Allah), it is said to him: You have been sufficed, defended, and guided. As for Satan, he retreats from him and says to his companion: What can you do with a man who has been sufficed, defended, and guided?'
