In the name of Allah, I rely on Allah. There is no might nor power except with Allah. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from straying or being led astray, from slipping or being caused to slip, from wronging or being wronged, or acting foolishly or being acted upon foolishly.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika an adilla aw udalla, aw azilla aw uzalla, aw azlima aw uzlama, aw ajhala aw yujhala 'alay.

Source & Authentication
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: 'When a person goes out of his house, he should say: Bismillah, tawakkaltu 'alallah, wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billah. (In the name of Allah, I rely on Allah. There is no might nor power except with Allah). It will be said to him: 'You are guided, defended, and your need is met.' And Satan will distance himself from him.' A Satan will say to another Satan: 'How can you deal with a man who has been guided, defended, and his need has been met?' (Sunan Abi Dawud 5095)
