Virtues & Benefits
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ promised immense benefits for reciting this dua. He said, 'If one says…' – meaning when he leaves his house – 'it will be said to him: You are guided, you are taken care of, and you are protected.' The devils will move away from him. One of the devils will say: 'How can you get hold of a man whom Allah has guided, taken care of, and has protected?' (Tirmidhi 3426, graded Sahih by Al-Albani). When seeking relief from debt, this protection and guidance from Allah are invaluable. It reminds us that Allah is our ultimate recourse, and He will provide the means for our relief, whether through His creation or His divine intervention.
