In the name of Allah, I place my trust in Allah. And there is no might nor power except with Allah. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from going astray or being led astray, from slipping or causing others to slip, from wronging or being wronged, from acting foolishly or being treated foolishly.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika an adilla aw udalla, aw azilla aw uzalla, aw azlima aw uzlama, aw ajhala aw yujhala 'alayya.

Source & Authentication
Narrated by Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with them both): The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: 'When a person says when he leaves his house: Bismillahi, tawakkaltu 'alallahi, wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billah. It is said to him: You have been sufficed, you have been guided, and you have been protected. And the devil moves away from him. Another devil says to him: How can you deal with a man who has been guided, sufficed and protected?' (Sunan Abi Dawud 4700, Sunan Ibn Majah 3884).
