O Allah, forgive me all my sins, the minor and the major, the first and the last, the apparent and the hidden, the unintentional and the intentional.

Source & Authentication

Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: 'The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) supplicated: 'Allahummaghfir li dhanbi kullahu, diqqahu wa jillahu, awwalahu wa akhirahu, 'alaniyatahu wa sirrahu, wa dhalalatahu wa jaddahu.' Then he said: 'No one has ever said this except that his past and future sins are forgiven.' (Ibn Majah mentioned it, and Al-Albani authenticated it as Sahih.) It is also narrated in Sahih Muslim with a slightly different wording: 'I seek refuge in Allah, the Hearing, the Knowing, from Satan, the accursed. Then he recited: 'I seek refuge in Allah, the Hearing, the Knowing, from the temptations of arrogance, from the temptations of pride, from the temptations of Satan, and from the temptations of the jinn.' Then he said: 'O Allah, forgive me my sins, the slight ones and the great ones, the first and the last, the hidden and the apparent, the secret and the public.' (Sahih Muslim 92)
