O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the passing away of Your favors, and from the change of safety You granted, and from the suddenness of Your punishment, and from all that You are displeased with.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa faja'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sukhitik.

This powerful dua encapsulates seeking refuge in Allah from the loss of His blessings, the removal of health and well-being, the sudden onset of His retribution, and His anger. By reciting it, you are not just seeking protection from external criticism but from the internal consequences that negativity can bring – doubt, despair, and a sense of loss. It reminds us that all blessings are from Allah and only He can preserve them.
