بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing on earth or in heaven can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
Bismillahi alladhi la yadhurru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa huwa as-Samee'u al-Aleem.

Virtues & Benefits
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ promised a great reward for reciting this dua. He stated that whoever recites it three times in the morning will not be afflicted by any calamity until evening, and whoever recites it three times in the evening will not be afflicted by any calamity until morning. This encompasses protection from all forms of harm, be it physical, spiritual, or from envy and ill intentions.

Narrated by Uthman ibn Affan (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "There is no servant who says, in the morning of every day and the evening of every night: 'Bismillahi alladhi la yadhurru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa huwa as-Samee'u al-Aleem' (In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing on earth or in heaven can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing), three times, but that his night or day will not be harmed." — Sunan Abi Dawud 5088. This hadith is classified as Hasan by scholars like Al-Albani.
