All praise is due to Allah Who sufficed me and gave me shelter, and all praise is due to Allah Who fed me and gave me drink, and all praise is due to Allah Who favored me. There is no god but You, glory be to You; surely I have been of the wrongdoers.
Al-hamdu lillahil-ladhi kafani wa awani, wal-hamdu lillahil-ladhi at'amani wa saqani, wal-hamdu lillahil-ladhi ammanni, la ilaha illa anta subhanaka, inni kuntu minaz-zalimin.

Source & Authentication
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: 'When you go to your bed, recite the Verse of the Throne (Ayat al-Kursi) and 'Surah Al-Ikhlas' and 'Surah Al-Falaq' and 'Surah An-Nas'. He also taught: 'Whoever says: 'All praise is due to Allah Who sufficed me and gave me shelter, and all praise is due to Allah Who fed me and gave me drink, and all praise is due to Allah Who favored me. There is no god but You, glory be to You; surely I have been of the wrongdoers.' – then it is as if he lost all his wealth, but it was enough for him.' (Sunan Abi Dawud 5054, Sunan At-Tirmidhi 3393).
