Source & Authentication

Narrated by Uthman ibn Affan (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'There is no servant who says, in the morning of every day and the evening of every night: 'Bismillahilladhi la yadhurru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa Huwas-Samee'ul-Aleem' (In the name of Allah, the one whose name nothing harms on earth nor in the heavens, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing) - three times - but that anything which would harm him will not pass that night. And he who says it in the evening, no harm will befall him until the morning.'
