بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing on earth or in the heavens can harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
Bismillahilladhi la yadhurru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa huwas-Samee'ul-Aleem

Narrated by Uthman bin Affan (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'He who says: 'Bismillahilladhi la yadhurru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa huwas-Samee'ul-Aleem' (In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing on earth or in the heavens can harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing) – three times in the morning, will not be afflicted by any sudden calamity until the evening. And whoever says it three times in the evening, will not be afflicted by any sudden calamity until the morning.'
