In the name of Allah, I trust in Allah. O Allah, I ask You for the goodness of entering and the goodness of leaving. In the name of Allah we enter, and in the name of Allah we leave, and in Allah our Lord we put our trust.
Bismillahi tawakkaltu 'alallah. Allahumma inni as'aluka khayr al-maw'laji wa khayr al-makhraji. Bismillahi walajna, wa bismillahi kharajna, wa 'ala Allahi Rabbana tawakkalna.

Source & Authentication
Narrated by Abdullah bin Busr (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Prophet (peace be upon him) used to enter his house, he would say: 'Allahumma inni as'aluka khayr al-maw'laji wa khayr al-makhraji. Bismillahi walajna, wa bismillahi kharajna, wa 'ala Allahi Rabbana tawakkalna.' (O Allah, I ask You for the goodness of entering and the goodness of leaving. In the name of Allah we enter, and in the name of Allah we leave, and in Allah our Lord we put our trust.) Note: While this specific wording is narrated in Sunan Abi Dawud, other similar narrations emphasize entering with 'Bismillah' and seeking Allah's protection.
