In the name of Allah we enter, and in the name of Allah we leave, and upon our Lord we depend. O Allah, make this (entry) the better of the two affairs, and a good place to stay, and a good abode.
Bismillahi walajna, wa bismillahi kharajna, wa 'ala Rabbina tawakkalna, Allahumma ij'alhu khayral amrayn, wa khayra manzilin, wa khayra maqamin.

Source & Authentication
It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin Busr Al-Mazini that when the Prophet ﷺ would come to his house, he would say: 'Bismillahi walajna, wa bismillahi kharajna, wa 'ala Rabbina tawakkalna, Allahumma ij'alhu khayral amrayn, wa khayra manzilin, wa khayra maqamin.' (Our Lord, make us enter a blessed entrance and a blessed exit, and grant us provision from You, a provision which is not a burden to anyone).' [Note: The full narration often includes a further plea for good provision, but the part relevant to entering and company is as stated in the main entry.]
