Narrated by Abu Malik Al-Ash'ari: When a man enters his house, he should say: 'O Allah, I ask You for blessing in the entrance and blessing in the exit. In Allah's name we enter, and in Allah's name we leave, and in our Lord we place our trust.' And when he has his meal, he should say: 'In Allah's name we enter, and in Allah's name we leave, and in our Lord we place our trust.' And when one of you says that, the devil says: 'I have no way to enter into you, nor to consume from you.' And when he enters and does not say: 'In Allah's name we enter, and in Allah's name we leave, and in our Lord we place our trust,' the devil says: 'I have found a way to enter.' And when he eats and does not say: 'In Allah's name,' the devil says: 'I have found a way to eat.'
