In the name of Allah we enter, and in the name of Allah we leave, and on our Lord we depend. O Allah, I ask You for the best of the entrance and the best of the exit. In Your name, my Lord, I lie down, and in Your name I rise. If You take my soul, have mercy on it, and if You send it back, protect it as You protect Your righteous servants. O Allah, I ask You to let me enter a place of truth and to let me leave a place of truth, and grant me from Yourself a supporting authority. O Allah, protect me from Your punishment on the Day You resurrect Your servants.
Bismillahi walajna, wa bismillahi kharajna, wa 'ala Rabbina tawakkalna. Allahumma inni as'aluka khairal mawlaji wa khairal makhraj, bismika Rabbi wada'tu janbi, wa bika arfa'uhu. In amsakarta nafsi farhamha, wa in arsaltaha fahfadha bima tahfazu bihi 'ibadakas-salihin. Allahumma inni as'aluka an tudkhilani mudkhala sidqin, wa tukhrijani mukhraja sidqin, waj'al li min ladunka sultanan nasira. Allahumma qini 'adhabaka yawma tab'athu 'ibadak.

Abu Malik Al-Ash'ari reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'When a person enters his house and remembers Allah the Exalted at the time of his entry and at the time of his eating, Satan says: O brethren, you have nowhere to pass the night and you have no evening meal. When he enters and does not remember Allah the Exalted at the time of his entry, Satan says: You have found a place to spend the night, and when he does not remember Him at the time of eating, he says: You have found a place to spend the night and the evening meal.'
