O Allah, I ask of You the best of entering and the best of exiting. In Allah's name we enter, and in Allah's name we exit, and in Allah, our Lord, we place our trust. O Allah, forgive our sins, and the sins of our parents, our children, our relatives, our brothers in Allah, those who have taught us, those who love us, those who have been good to us, and all Muslim men and women, and all believing men and women, both those alive among them and those deceased.
Allahumma inni as'aluka khayr al-mawlij wa khayr al-makhraj, bismillahi walajna, wa bismillahi kharajna, wa 'ala Allahi Rabbina tawakkalna. Allahummaghfir lana dhunubana wa liwalidayna wa li'awladina wa li'aqaribina wa li'ikhwani fi Allah wa liman 'allamana wa liman ahabana wa liman ahsana ilayna wal-muslimina wal-muslimat wal-mu'minina wal-mu'minat al-ahya'i minhum wal-amwat.

Source & Authentication
Narrated by Abdullah bin Busr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: If one of you enters his house, let him say: 'O Allah, I ask of You the best of entering and the best of exiting. In Allah's name we enter, and in Allah's name we exit, and in Allah, our Lord, we place our trust.' Then let him say: 'O Allah, forgive our sins, and forgive the sins of our parents, our children, our relatives, our brothers in Allah, those who have taught us, those who love us, those who have been good to us, and all Muslim men and women, and all believing men and women, both those alive among them and those deceased.' *Note: The full dua includes the specific supplication for the deceased which is often recited separately or appended as a more extensive supplication.*
