Narrated by Abu Malik Al-Ash'ari: When a person enters his house, he should say: 'O Allah, I ask You for good at the entrance and good at the going out, in the name of Allah we enter and in the name of Allah we leave, and in Allah our Lord we put our trust.' Then when he has his meal, he should say: 'O Allah, this is from You and to You.' Then when he goes to bed, he should say: 'O Allah, protect me from its evil and the evil of what it contains, and grant me provision for its sustenance.' (Sunan Abi Dawud 3764, graded Hasan).
