O Allah, I ask of You the best of entry and the best of exit. In Allah's name we enter, in Allah's name we leave, and in Allah, our Lord, we place our trust.
Allahumma inni as'aluka khayral mawlaji wa khayral makhraji, bismillahi walajna, wa bismillahi kharajna, wa 'ala Allahi Rabbina tawakkalna.

Source & Authentication
Narrated by Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us to say when entering the house: 'Allahumma inni as'aluka khayral mawlaji wa khayral makhraji, bismillahi walajna, wa bismillahi kharajna, wa 'ala Allahi Rabbina tawakkalna.' (O Allah, I ask of You the best of entry and the best of exit. In Allah's name we enter, in Allah's name we leave, and in Allah, our Lord, we place our trust.) He also taught us to say when going out: 'Bismillahi tawakkaltu 'alal-lah, wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billah.' (In the name of Allah, I trust in Allah, and there is no might nor power except with Allah.)
