Narrated by Abu Malik Al-Ash'ari: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: When a person enters his house and mentions Allah the Mighty and Majestic at the time of entering and at the time of eating, Satan says: 'You have no place to spend the night and no food.' When he enters and does not mention Allah the Mighty and Majestic at the time of entering, Satan says: 'You have found a place to spend the night.' And when he does not mention Allah the Mighty and Majestic at the time of eating, Satan says: 'You have found a place to spend the night and food.' Ibn Abi Dawud said: 'Bismillah, walajna, wa bismillah kharajna, wa 'ala Rabbina tawakkalna.'
