When one of you goes to his home, let him say: "O Allah, I ask You for good at the entering and good at the going out, in Your name we enter and in Your name we go out, and in Allah our Lord we put our trust." And when he enters his home, let him say: "O Allah, I ask You for good at the entering and good at the going out, in Your name we enter and in Your name we go out, and in Allah our Lord we put our trust." And when he goes out, let him say: "O Allah, I ask You for good at the entering and good at the going out, in Your name we enter and in Your name we go out, and in Allah our Lord we put our trust." And when he goes out, let him say: "O Allah, I ask You for good at the entering and good at the going out, in Your name we enter and in Your name we go out, and in Allah our Lord we put our trust." However, when he goes out, let him say: "O Allah, I ask You for good at the entering and good at the going out, in Your name we enter and in Your name we go out, and in Allah our Lord we put our trust."
In the name of Allah we enter and in the name of Allah we go out, and in Allah, our Lord, we place our trust. O Allah, I ask You for the good of this entrance and the good of this exit, in the name of Allah we enter and in the name of Allah we go out, and in Allah, our Lord, we place our trust. And when he goes out, let him say: "O Allah, I ask You for the good of this entrance and the good of this exit, in the name of Allah we enter and in the name of Allah we go out, and in Allah, our Lord, we place our trust."

It was narrated from Jabir bin 'Abdullah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'When a man enters his home and remembers Allah the Mighty and Majestic at the time of his entry and at the time of his eating, then Satan says: "You have no place to spend the night and no food." When he enters and does not remember Allah the Mighty and Majestic at the time of his entry, Satan says: "You have found a place to spend the night." And when he does not remember Him at the time of his eating, Satan says: "You have found a place to spend the night and food." (Sahih Muslim 2034) While this hadith focuses on remembering Allah upon entering and eating, the dua provided is a comprehensive invocation for entering, encompassing the spirit of remembering Allah and seeking His protection.
