Source & Authentication

Narrated by Anas (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'When a man goes into his house, let him say: Bismillahi walajna, wa bismillahi kharajna, wa 'ala Rabbina tawakkalna (In the name of Allah we enter, and in the name of Allah we leave, and in Allah, our Lord, we put our trust). And when one of you eats, let him say: Bismillahi wa 'ala barakati Allah (In the name of Allah and by the blessings of Allah). And when one of you drinks, let him say: Bismillahi wa fi-dh-dhikr Allah (In the name of Allah and in the remembrance of Allah). And when one of you sleeps, let him say: Bismillahi astahyi bismillahi awdha'i (In the name of Allah I lie down, and in the name of Allah I rise). And when one of you wakes up, let him say: Al-hamdu lillah alladhi 'afani fi badani wa radd 'alayya ruhi wa azina li bi dhikrihi (Praise be to Allah Who gave me health in my body, restored my soul to me, and permitted me to remember Him).'
