بِسْمِ اللهِ، اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّى أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبُثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ
In the name of Allah. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil Jinn, both male and female.
Bismillāh, Allāhumma innī a'ūdhu bika minal-khubuthi wal-khabā'ith.

Anas reported that the Prophet ﷺ, when he entered the lavatory, used to say: 'Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-khubuthi wal-khaba'ith.' (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from evil and evil-doers. Or: from the Jinn, both male and female).
