In the name of Allah. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the male and female devils (or from evil and wicked things).

Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "When one of you enters the lavatory, he should say: 'Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-khubuthi wal-khaba'ith.'" (Sahih al-Bukhari 142, Sahih Muslim 375). The term 'khubuth' refers to male devils, and 'khaba'ith' refers to female devils. Another interpretation is that 'khubuth' means evil and 'khaba'ith' means wicked things.
