اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ زَوَالِ نِعْمَتِكَ، وَتَحَوُّلِ عَافِيَتِكَ، وَفُجَاءَةِ نِقْمَتِكَ، وَجَمِيعِ سَخَطِكَ، اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ مُنْكَرَاتِ الأَخْلاَقِ وَالأَعْمَالِ وَالأَهْوَاءِ.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the cessation of Your blessings, the turning of Your well-being, the suddenness of Your vengeance, and all of Your displeasure. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the abominable morals, deeds, and desires.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa faja'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik. Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min munkaratil akhlaqi wal a'mali wal ahwaa'.

Narrated by Abdullah bin Rumailah Al-Anazi: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: 'Whoever says this dua, Allah will forgive him what has passed of his sins. And whoever says it in the morning, he will not be overtaken by misfortune until the evening; and whoever says it in the evening, he will not be overtaken by misfortune until the morning.' The dua is: 'Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa faja'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik. Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min munkaratil akhlaqi wal a'mali wal ahwaa'.
