O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the destruction of Your blessings, and the change of Your protection, and the suddenness of Your punishment, and all that You are displeased with. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from distress and grief, from weakness and laziness, from cowardice and stinginess, and from being overcome by debt and by men.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa faja'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik. Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-hammi wal-hazani, wal-'ajzi wal-kasali, wal-jubni wal-bukhli, wa dala'id-dayni wa ghalabatir-rijali.
