Dua for the Generous Soul Who Cherished Animals

Deceased
Sahih HadithSahih Muslim 963

O Allah, forgive him and have mercy upon him, grant him well-being and pardon him, honor his hospitality, and make his entrance spacious. Wash him with water, snow, and hail, and purify him from sins as a white garment is purified from dirt. Replace his home with a better home, his family with a better family, and his spouse with a better spouse. Admit him to Paradise and protect him from the punishment of the grave and the punishment of the Fire.

Allahumma-ghfir lahu wa-rhamhu, wa 'afihi wa-f'u 'anhu, wa akrim nuzulahu, wa wassi' madkhalahu, wa-ghsilhu bil-ma'i wath-thalji wal-baradi, wa naqqihi minal-khataya kama yunaqqa ath-thawbul-abyadu minad-danasi, wa abdilhu daran khayran min darrih, wa ahlan khayran min ahlih, wa zawjan khayran min zawjih, wa adkhilhul-jannata, wa a'idh-hu min 'adhabiq-qabri wa min 'adhabin-nar.
