O Allah, forgive him, have mercy upon him, grant him well-being, and pardon him. Make his resting place honorable, and his entrance vast. Wash him with water, snow, and hail. Purify him from sins as a white garment is purified from dirt. Replace his home with a better home, his family with a better family, and his spouse with a better spouse. Enter him into Paradise and protect him from the punishment of the grave and the punishment of the Fire.

Narrated Awf ibn Malik Al-Ashja'i: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) led the funeral prayer for a dead person. I memorized from his prayer these words: 'O Allah, forgive him and have mercy on him, and grant him well-being and pardon him. Honor his reception and make his alighting place wide. Wash him with water and snow and hail, and cleanse him from sins as a white garment is cleansed from filth. Grant him in place of his home an abode better than his home, and in place of his family a family better than his family, and in place of his spouse a spouse better than his spouse. Admit him to Paradise and protect him from the punishment of the grave (or from the torment of the Fire).' He said: And I memorized these words of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) for the dead.
