Sahih HadithSahih Muslim 2708

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the demise of Your blessings, the change of Your protection, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all that displeasures You. I seek refuge in You from demolition and falling from a height. I seek refuge in You from old age. I seek refuge in You from distress and sorrow. I seek refuge in You from incapacity and laziness. I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess. I seek refuge in You from the overpowering of debt and the subjugation of men.

Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa fuji'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik. A'udhu bika minal-hadmi wat-taraddi wal-harami wal-harami. Wa a'udhu bika minal-hammi wal-hazan. Wa a'udhu bika minal-'ajzi wal-kasali. Wa a'udhu bika minal-jubni wal-bukhl. Wa a'udhu bika min ghalabatid-dayni wa qahri ar-rijal.
