Virtues & Benefits
This comprehensive dua, taught by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ himself, seeks refuge from four key areas that can cripple one's efforts: mental and emotional burdens (distress and sorrow), practical hindrances (disability and laziness), character flaws (cowardice and stinginess), and external pressures (debt and oppression).
