O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the cessation of Your blessings, and the change of Your protection, and the suddenness of Your punishment, and all of Your displeasure. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, and I seek refuge in You from incapacity and laziness, and I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from the overwhelming of debt and the overpowering of men.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matika, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatika, wa fuj'ati niqmatika, wa jami'i sakhatika. Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-hammi wal-hazani, wa a'udhu bika minal-'ajzi wal-kasali, wa a'udhu bika minal-jubni wal-bukhl, wa a'udhu bika min ghalabatid-dayni wa qahrir-rijal.
