اللَّهُمَّ اهْدِنِي وَسَدِّدْنِي، وَاذْكُرْ بِعَمَلِي، وَاشْكُرْ لِي، وَأَعْطِنِي بِيَدِكَ الْيُمْنَى، وَارْزُقْنِي حَلَالًا طَيِّبًا

O Allah, guide me and set me on the right path, and make my actions pleasing [to You], and make me thankful [for Your blessings], and bestow upon me with Your right hand, and provide me with lawful and good sustenance.

Allahumma ihdini wa saddidni, wadhkur bi 'amali, washkur li, wa a'tini biyadik al-yumna, warzuqni halalan tayyiban.

Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Know that what has passed you by was not going to strike you, and what has struck you was not going to pass you by. And know that the support of Allah is (attained) by acting patiently. And that relief is with endurance, and that ease is with hardship. Verily, with hardship is ease.' He also said: 'O Allah, I ask You for guidance and correctness.' (Allahumma ihdini wa saddidni). And he narrated: 'O Allah, I ask You for the guidance of the righteous. And I seek refuge in You from evil.' And he narrated: 'O Allah, grant me righteousness in my heart, and forgive me my sins.' And he narrated: 'O Allah, verily I ask You for the beneficial knowledge, and the good provision, and the accepted deeds.' And he narrated: 'O Allah, make me thankful for Your blessings, and make me good in praising You, and make me praise You well.' And he narrated: 'O Allah, guide me and set me on the right path, and make my actions pleasing [to You], and make me thankful [for Your blessings], and bestow upon me with Your right hand, and provide me with lawful and good sustenance.'
