Narrated by Safwan bin Assal (may Allah be pleased with him): He said: The Prophet ﷺ said: '... Mention the Prophet ﷺ then raised his thumb and said: 'This is a blessed verse, and it is a verse from the Book of our Lord: "Lo! In the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the alternation of night and day, there are indeed signs for men of understanding" (2:164). ' The Prophet ﷺ said: 'May Allah bless my Ummah in their early morning hours.' And he used to send them out at the beginning of the day. And the rich man was a shepherd of camels and the like, and the poor man was the shepherd of his sheep.' - Sunan Abi Dawud 2606, graded Hasan by Al-Albani.
