‘Abdullah ibn al-Mubarak narrated that it was reported to him that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ used to supplicate in the morning saying: اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ عِلْمًا نَافِعًا، وَرِزْقًا طَيِّبًا، وَعَمَلًا مُتَقَبَّلًا (O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, good provision, and acceptable deeds). When he embraced Islam, ‘Abdullah ibn al-Mubarak said: So I said this saying, and I have done it for these words. (Sahih Muslim 743)
