اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي مَا قَدَّمْتُ وَمَا أَخَّرْتُ، وَمَا أَسْرَرْتُ وَمَا أَغْلَنْتُ، وَمَا أَسْرَفْتُ، وَمَا أَنْتَ أَعْلَمُ بِهِ مِنِّي، أَنْتَ الْمُقَدِّمُ، وَأَنْتَ الْمُؤَخِّرُ، لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ.
O Allah, forgive me for what I have sent forth (of deeds) and what I have left behind, what I have concealed and what I have revealed, what I have exceeded in, and what You know best about me. You are the One Who sends forth and the One Who delays. There is no god but You.
Allahummaghfir li ma qaddmtu wa ma akhkhartu, wa ma asrartu wa ma a'lantu, wa ma asraftu, wa ma anta a'lamu bihi minni, antal-muqaddimu, wa antal-mu'akhkhiru, la ilaha illa ant.

It was narrated from 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to say at the end of his Witr prayer: 'O Allah, I seek refuge in Your pleasure from Your anger, and in Your forgiveness from Your punishment, and in Your protection from Your torment. I seek refuge in You from You. I cannot count Your praises, You are as You have praised Yourself.' And it was narrated from him that he used to say: 'O Allah, forgive me for what I have sent forth and what I have left behind, what I have concealed and what I have revealed, what I have exceeded in, and what You know best about me. You are the One Who sends forth and the One Who delays. There is no god but You.'
